Monica Clemence Elizabeth Bell is based in Colchester, Essex. She is an entrepreneur and business enterprise mentor and coach with a deep-rooted passion for the classical arts—particularly opera—a love she proudly shares with her daughter, Alexandra Bell-Cobbold. Over the past 25 years, she has built a diverse career in business development and management, delivering projects and services across multiple sectors including the arts, social care, recruitment, social media, and design.
